For the best fit:

Open headband so that it’s flat and straighten out the bendable wire.
Put around the back at the nape of your neck.
Make sure the wire inside is positioned towards the ceiling so that when it’s on it sits above your ears.
With one hand on each side, twist headband over your your hairline. Make that first twist TIGHT.
Using hand over hand, twist ends around one another like a propellor.
Push ends down, stand them up like ears or bend them around to create a rosette.
Gently shift top of headband back slightly, still keeping it on a slight angle.
Fits best when headband covers top half of your ears as it anchors it in place.

Not suited for repeated daily washing as it may compromise the structure of the wire eventually.
Hand wash carefully as necessary in cool water.
Lay flat to dry.
Do not put in dryer.
Do not stretch out fabric by pulling on the ends or the fabric will be longer than the length of the wire inside.
