PLEASE NOTE:
Items within Canada are shipped using Canada Post via regular oversized mail. They are not couriered.
Tracking numbers for all larger packages are sent with your shipping notification.
Return Policy
Overstitched will accept returns and exchanges.
Contact within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Any shipping charges required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
