Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the mail system, your order will not be delivered as swiftly as usual. The new general delivery time ranges between 7-30 business days. If you do not receive a tracking number, it is because your order has been shipped letter mail (with stamps), and there is no tracking available. Please trust that everything is being done to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Items within Canada are shipped using Canada Post and Swift Post.
Items to the United States are shipped with Swift Post.
Tracking numbers for all larger packages are sent with your shipping notification, however due to COVID-19, there are no guaranteed shipping times
Return Policy
Overstitched will accept returns and exchanges.
Contact within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Any shipping charges required to return an item/items will be the customer's responsibility.
Shipping fees will NOT be refunded in the case of a return or exchange. If you received "free shipping" on your order, the total cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions of return
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
